This is one of the best posts I have ever read on this topic. It is deeply relatable and confirms many experiences I have had and continue to have on my own journey of unfoldment and spiritual progression.

God bless you and thank you Berhnard.

I studied other cultures and religions at university because even then I knew that Truth was out there for those who would seek it… it just wasn’t likely to be found in one religion or one civilization. I wasn’t about to just accept what I was raised with as the end all, be all.

I have always loved learning about myths, folklore and deities. I love Jesus for what he represents, and that’s hard to explain to people as I’m not a practicing Christian.

I have found so many truths over the years of my exploration. There is inspiration and esoteric knowledge to be found in almost any form if you are open to it. The issue of literalism is so potent, you nailed it on the head with that observation and how the historical details are moot in light of the greater picture.

THIS is the article I have been waiting for that ties all of my own thoughts and experiences up with a bow. Thanks Bernhard. I will be sharing this. ❤️
