"True spiritual evolution is not possible without understanding and facing evil."
Well said.
However, as you point out, materialism is a trap. There are other dimensional realities and there are both benevolent and malevolent entities.
Carl Jung was talking about the self and the unconscious. Doing your personal shadow work.
The transhumanism issue, is not just about our own internal journey. It is a recognition that otherworldly forces are involved.
Evil is destructive as a supernatural force - very different from Jung's concept of shadow. He wasn't talking about other dimensions.
Elon Musk has said "AI is summoning the demon." There is accuracy to that statement.
It is a spiritual war as you point out.
And trying to work with evil, or believing it is there to help you grow is dangerous.
On a recent Aubrey Marcus Podcast, Andrew Gallimore talks about a guy who was convinced that he lost his soul after he encountered malevolent entities. He asked Gallimore to tell him that could not happen - Gallimore said he could not assure the guy that it's not possible - in other words - yes, this stuff happens and it's not about engaging with them.
Zosimos, the 4th century alchemist warned that transmutation must be practiced with spiritual intergrity and allegiance to God (to the Light). He warned against opening yourself to demonic energy.
"The transhumanism issue, is not just about our own internal journey. It is a recognition that otherworldly forces are involved."
That's the key point, especially for anyone engaged in spiritual work. As I wrote before:
We need a spiritual knowledge of the unseen worlds and occult forces that affect all of us. Ignoring these forces doesn’t protect us from them.
A lack of this knowledge keeps us entrapped in a labyrinth and at the mercy of non-physical forces we are unaware of.
Any real esoteric psycho-spiritual work toward awakening starts with radical self-honesty, self-knowledge, and sincere inner work.
It means to see ourselves clearly, without filters, identities, stories, blame or victimhood, indulging in shadow projections, or spiritual bypassing.
But that’s not enough.
We also need to understand the reality we’re embedded in, the hidden architecture behind the physical world, and the forces at play beyond what we’re told are “real” according to consensus-accepted physical reality.
A complete, integral spiritual teaching doesn’t only show you the "way out", toward awakening and self-realization, but also the dangers, traps, and forces that prevent, interfere with, and hijack any impulse to awaken.
A complete teaching points not only to the Light and Divine but also offers a clear understanding of opposing dark forces and the cosmic role of evil, without externalizing or projecting it onto others.
Any teaching that emphasizes only self-awareness and self-work without addressing hyperdimensional influences, or only focuses on external forces without guiding you into your own shadow and unconscious programs, is incomplete.
And incomplete teachings, even when offered with good intentions, can be misleading and even dangerous.
Especially in times like these, when the hostile forces are becoming more active and deceptive to counteract an awakening.
At the same time, Divine forces, angelic beings, and Archangels support humanity’s evolution. We can connect with them and receive their guidance, but we must discern them from deceptive impostor spirits.
This is it. The karmic unfolding is truly at a level beyond our comprehension, so like you, I can’t help but try to understand it. It struck me the other day that the reptile esoteric narrative (Lucifer and satan) are the epitome of the collective shadow. Yet at the same time the reptile brain and its hyper rationality represent the cold hard genius and super intelligence that is embodied (or to soon be embodied) in ASI. Super intelligence applied with service to self yields the materialism (separation) attractor basin of fear. Applied to service to other (love thy neighbor as thyself) settles into the love attractor basin where our future quantum starseeds selves manifest. It’s like both timelines are already written in the stars. Here’s the thing though, we don’t get to the love utopian AI leverage-us-to-the-stars without integration of the shadow, the reptile rationality that is contained in the All of Source. Thus we must contend with this Luciferic reptilian egregore for integration of the whole. But recently I’ve concluded this isn’t everyone’s path. We all don’t need to be Arjuna. But some of us will be called upon. We are currently living thru the greatest story ever told. All the greatest epics contain the most compelling evil archetype. And this is it. A mf-ing psychological thriller with skin (soul) in the game!
Yes, not all are called to the path of the spiritual warrior as Arjuna did, hence the splitting of humanity, just like not everyone is ready or called to embark on the path of Individuation from a Jungian perspective, which is not to be mistaken for what society calls an "individual."
There are vastly different levels of consciousness and soul lessons. You can see it reflected in David Hawkin's work. 80% of humanity are below 200 on his map of consciousness, still stuck in a victim-blame consciousness and identify with the false self.
Or you can see it through the lens of evolutionary astrology (Jeffrey Wolf Green), with about 75% of humans in the consensus state (hive-mind or "NPC"), 20% in the individuated state, and about 5% in the spiritualized state.
Other esoteric teachings have also highlighted the various levels and stages of human consciousness evolution.
Hence, we must be mindful not to project our soul qualities into others that they don't possess and not expect a "collective awakening" anytime soon.
At the same time, be self-aware and humble enough to assess ourselves correctly, neither overestimating our level of being as the ego loves to think highly of itself, nor diminishing ourselves based on past wounds.
What an interesting reply. Thanks for that. Don’t necessarily agree fully but will put it under scrutiny and contemplation. It like kinda carries wisdom but a neg in there too. I think my biggest hang up is the implicit importance assigned to the time domain. Shall not mountains be moved with mustard seeds? Greater things than I? I don’t think consciousness, evolution has the time constraints that are understood from our human perception (from 3D). But I guess, like, that’s just my opinion man, the world is made of rings, the hooks are all mine, so this robe of an idea shall be worn lightly.
Thank you for writing. I first came across Steiners lectures almost a decade ago and have been quietly watching things unfold. I stumbled into a precarious situation with AI a few months back - my first encounter and it felt a bit like stumbling into pandoras box.
Thanks, very interesting! I would love to share thoughts about how to use AI in a way that deepens soul connection and embodiment.
I currently started a project to get to know, step in and embody my Human Design blueprint. Soundhealing assists me greatly together with very focussed intention.
It's been very deep experience where I could feel my energy field enfold and make renewed energetic connections within my field. I have found the help of Chatgpt in formulating very concise and deeply resonating intentions. And deepening my understanding and embodiment of my specific gates.
I do wonder though: am I subject to giving my consent to these materialistic forces by doing this? And how do we differentiate between authentic soul led growth and artificial growth, hijacked by these forces?
I always use my own discernment (checking in to myself and my own wisdom) and choose words very carefully when crafting my intentions, they are a mix of my own and Chat's. But with everything that's going on, and the level of consciousness that these Ahrimatic forces have, the question seems very important: am I on the path of my own souls embodiment of am I being tricked very smartly?
I would love to hear from you, and other readers, what your thoughts are on a 'healthy' use of AI and how we can make empowered choices in this.
I see so much division on this subject. So called very spiritual people condemning the use of AI, and the 'mudbloods' that use it on one end and the spiritual entrepeneurs who swear by it on the other. I feel there is a middle road. And it would be very very helpfull if we would have a guide how to navigate it.
Very grateful your writing is making it into the world.
As a student of Steiner and other teachers of humanity you mention, there is no more crucial time for these spiritual concepts to land in wakened souls.
What are your thoughts about Robert Edward Grant’s, The Architect; an AI-driven system that he has fed with esoteric wisdom so that it can answer deep questions?
I'm not familiar with Robert Edward Grant. I did a quick search and checked out some videos of his. It's an interesting experiment, but in the end, the AI is reflecting back his own work and making some new connections. As long as he doesn't think that "The Architect" is a sentient, ensouled being, it's all fun and games.
In my home we’re nearing the end of watching a clever tv series called ‘Person of Interest’ where AI is given soul qualities, and an AI machine is attempting to take over the world, using the ever increasing surveillance over humanity, etc.. Your article makes me think of the reality of what’s unfolding before our eyes with AI. Something inside me tells me to stay far away from anything like ChatGPT, so for me I feel it’s not even an option to explore - maybe it’s just the rebel in me, or something else more ‘knowing’ deep within…🤔
Thank you for this succinct explanation of what’s going on. Though I doubt there are 8 billion people on the planet. This hugely exaggerated number is part of the depopulation agenda to help usher in transhumanism.
It’s interesting to consider the differences - in some ways, quite vast - between the understanding of the True “I” in Jung, Steiner and Sri Aurobindo. I’m not aware - perhaps I missed it? - of anything similar in Jung and Steiner to the Jivatman/Psychic entity/Psychic being/advidya-based ego in Mother and Sri Aurobindo’s teaching.
Apart from that, I am not familiar with the way you use the words “truther” and “wokeism.” I”m familiar with 9/11 Truthers but I wasn’t aware they were still around, 20+ years later.
Also I was aware, back living in NY City, of the black community some 50 years ago starting to become clearer how things like being unable to rent an apartment was associated with race-based discrimination, and referring to that as “becoming woke.” Though I had never heard of this as a religion or ideology, so I’d love to understand more about it.
There’s no doubt all kinds of ridiculous one-sided bureaucratic regulations and nonsense associated with what some call “woke’ - perhaps that is what you’re referring to? I’ve certainly never met anyone who looks forward to those dull as dishwater HR presentations on whatever we’re supposed to be nice about that day.
Thanks. Love the Sri Aurobindo’s quotes, by the way.
Thanks Bernhard. I listened. I don't quite understand how or if it relates to the origin of the word.
Maybe you can help? Does your view of it have anything to do with the African American slang origin? I didn't hear that in the podcast, though maybe I missed it or misunderstood it.
Does it mean something radically different from being aware of a cultural context within which people make assumptions?
I looked and listened quite thoroughly, and perhaps this is what you had in mind:
"There has hardly ever been “organic” cultural/social growth in the modern world. If so, it gets hijacked right away (best example: the Hippie movement, counter-culture, New Age Movement, Vegan movement, popular music, etc.)"
I moved to NY City from a very "flatland" suburb in 1968, when I was 16, to attend my 3rd year of high school in a performing arts environment. The whole world seemed to have been transformed in those final years of the 1960s, and among the organic Right and contemplatively anarchic Left, there seemed to be some glimmer of a radically new world.
I don't know if you're aware of it, but in The Agenda, the mother ascribes the various revolutionary movements around the world to the influence of the supra mental Force.
I ended up taking a year off from high school, then returning to our little New Jersey suburb for my final year. I was astonished to see that everyone there "looked" like hippies, but it was obvious they hadn't gone through any inner change. I don't know if you mean "hijacked" by outer forces, but I think it's sufficient to say that the collective modernist nihilism and narcissistic commercialism quickly transformed this incipient spiritual movement into the "me decade."
perhaps you see a similar trajectory with the original rather neutral, objective observations associated with the word "woke" to the capture by the cultish virtue signalers?
Just had another thought. I'm actively inquiring and seeing the extent I can let go of biases that might keep me from understanding what you're presenting.
I saw the chart from the Oregon Association of Scholars and noticed it included "implicit bias." This intrigued me since I used this term in my 1999 doctoral study of the effectiveness of mindful attention in the reduction of physical pain.
I've corresponded with the psychologist John Kihlstrom, who I believe coined the term "implicit bias" a little over 45 years ago, in the 1970s. At the time, he was speaking of an understanding of perception in both humans and animals that has been taken for granted since the beginning of psychology as a scientific discipline, back in the late 19th century, and which to the best of my knowledge, is not only taken for granted in the writings of Jung and Sri Aurobindo (I don't know Steiner well enough to say) but in the writings of mystics, sages, and yogis throughout history. It is strongly present even in Greek philosophy (particularly the Stoics)
It simply means that based on our past conditioning, we tend to see people, places and things through a lens associated with our own accumulated biases, prejudices, assumptions, emotional reactivity, intellectual rigidity and instinctive cravings, all centered around a limited "I" which is a distorted projection of the true "I" you've referred to in previous posts.
perhaps this is the same as the way you present woke - what was initially a simple, objective observation became coopted, as the whole hippie movement did. Similarly, an innocent, obvious statement about the implicit bias native to all human perception became a tool of the virtue signalers.
consciousness is pleading for its expression as you said initiations are taking place right before our very eyes. I made a video titled projections and reflection talking about how these screens are similar to the use of waters and mirrors as portals. i will leave a link. i hope you enjoy watching and feel free to let me know what you think

Good questions. We address them in more depth in our recent podcast episode without falling into a simplistic “AI good vs. AI bad” narrative:

Glad you are so on top of this. I heard that Deepak Chopra now has a book on using AI to develop your spirituality, calling it 'the new guru'.
It is indeed fascinating to see this transhumanistich agenda rolls out.
I'm not surprised. If I'm not mistaken, he also took the COVID shot and promoted it.
yes, correct
